Cheyenne Mountain Zoo with the support from Satchell Engineering & Associates is developing a new Hippo indoor/outdoor exhibit that will also house storks. The freshwater water exhibit is approximately 132,500 gallons of water. SE&A is also planning on developing an indoor/outdoor Penguin exhbit. This freshwater exhibit will have cascading pools that will be located both indoor and outdoors. The pools will be approximately 29,500 gallons with both above water and underwater viewing. There will also be a dump bucket effect in the lower pool. See Pictures
