Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center, Gallery Tanks features four unique exhibit that total to 23,000-gallons of freshwater and houses a variety of different freshwater fish species native to Texas. Satchell Engineering & Associates designed the aquatic Life Support System for the exhibit and consists of vertical sand filters and pumps, carbon cartridge filters, deaeration towers, UV sterilization, and heat exchangers.
