On June 23rd, 2026, Butler Discovery Gardens opened their newest project: Wanderwood Gardens. Wanderwood Gardens in an innovative design built to give young minds a place to let their curiosity grow and for exploration to take place. The 3-acre garden allows for plenty of space for children to play and express their creativity in a place designed to cultivate those experiences . Some of the areas in the gardens include the Jump Jets at Wandering Waters, the Snail Trail Plaza with a floating granite sphere water feature, and the Botanical Ponds. Satchell Engineering & Associates was proud to be the lead designers for the aquatic Life Support Systems for the water features located around the park.
