The Gold Coast Farms at Aliso Viejo Ranch has a fascinating design, comprising four fish ponds, totaling to 30,000-gallons, that play a crucial role in feeding an aquaponic system of twenty seven planter beds. The system also utilizes four additional streams in the design to recirculate water from the planter boxes to the ponds.  Satchell Engineering & Associate’s designed the aquatic Life Support System for this project and it incorporates integral strainer pumps, carbon filtration, potable water backflow, and water recirculation.

This integrated approach allows for the efficient utilization of water resources and creates a sustainable and productive environment for the project. See Photo Gallery
